10 East was the first development by Hideaway Homebuilders in conjunction with Pat Walker Construction.  The development is comprised of 54 single-family homes on roughly 6000 square foot homesites.  There were 3 different plans available at 10 East ranging from 1260 to 1511 square feet and all homes featured 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  Construction on 10 East began in November of 2018 and ended in October 2019.  There are currently no homes available as all homesites were sold by the time construction had been completed.
